Return and Exchange Policy
(1) Refund Policy
- Upon successful payment, no refunds will be provided unless the ordered items are out of stock or damaged.
- In the event of ordered items being out of stock or damaged, leading to an unsuccessful order, a refund will be processed.
(2) Return Policy
- To ensure the freshness and quality of our products, all items once sold are non-returnable.
(3) Exchange Policy
- Once payment is confirmed and the order is processed, no exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
- If any damage is found upon receipt of the goods or if they do not match the order details, customers must take photos of the damaged goods and notify our customer service within 3 days for exchange arrangements. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 3 days.
- To proceed with an exchange, please return the item in its original packaging (including the box and accessories) in new condition.
Remarks:
- We strive to maintain product quality and may choose to issue a refund if supply is limited.
- We reserve the right to modify the terms of all refund/exchange policies without prior notice and to refuse transactions. In case of any dispute, City Coffee Service reserves the final decision-making authority.
